Job Overview:
Freebee is seeking a fun, driven, and outgoing entry level Recruiter to join our Recruitment team! As a Recruiter you will be responsible for screening, interviewing, communicating with candidates, and assisting in the onboarding process. The ideal candidate is a self starting, upbeat, team player ready to learn and grow in a fast paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Assist with the onboarding process, including pre-employment checks, new hire paperwork, and orientation.
- Support our recruiting team with various administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and new hire orientation tasks.
- Help manage and maintain our applicant tracking system, ensuring all candidate data is accurately and timely recorded.
- Stay up-to-date on recruiting trends and best practices, and make recommendations to improve our recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Clean Driving Record and Criminal Background (Both reviewed prior to hire)
- Must be able to pass the pre-employment drug test.
- 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources environment or related field (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience with (or willingness to learn) applicant-tracking software.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
- Bilingual is a PLUS.
Pay: $40,000 Annually
